Because they have some reputation in the public space that they dont want to give up. They are not like the youtube shills who are promoting their shitcoins to dump on their own followers and cashgrab the squeezed out money. This again is for reputed people. And for developing crypto projects, reputation is very important. So contact bloggers who advertise everything its bad idea.

Even if I did I wont suggest you to take their help to promote something that has not be developed yet. First develop a working model then go for investors and promotion.
