I don't gamble that much but I know that gambling is for fun only and not for profits. Gambling is a way to give fun to people only. If you see gambling as a way to profits, the more you will lose your money and this will lead you to stress and depression. Just spend what you can afford to lose in gambling so that if you lose, you will not feel anything.
