my last withdrawal was like 2 months ago , there was no fee at all and it was processed few minutes later
haven't made any new withdrawal cause I'm trying to clear the bonus , but as I understood from my friend there is still no fee but he had to wait few hours
so most likely withdrawals getting processed when the admin is available in the site
