On the other hand though, the following worries me. It's from the FAQ withdrawals section -- what are the requirements for making a withdrawal?:
Firstly, verifying your account via email.
If your last deposit amount is equal to or greater than 0.3 BTC (or equivalent in other currencies) you have to turn over your deposit amount at least once, and the amount of the withdrawal should be at least 0.004 BTC (or its equivalent in other currencies).
This makes it seem like the .3 rule applies generally to everything?
It doesn't apply to you from how I understand it. You are looking to deposit 0.25 BTC and the rule you mentioned above is for deposits of 0.3 BTC and above. Therefore, the only rule that you have to follow (if you deposit 0.25 BTC) is to wager half of your deposit before you can withdraw.
