They are not doing themselves a favour by neglecting their original platform and putting in all their effort into the new platform. They should follow PrimeDice's recipe, with what they did with the introduction of Stake.com and focus on both products.
If gamblers get treated badly with one platform, they would lash out against the new platform. Stake is successful, because PrimeDice was doing an excellent job at treating their customers well.
