This will be available to Plutus users when we roll out Plutus 2.0 to the public completely 

As for a time scale - we're about to roll out some additional features to our Pilot Testers. Following vigorous testing of that, among some other aspects of Plutus 2.0, we'll be ready to roll it out to yourself and everyone in the UK and EEA.
