The best option for you at this point is to sell your technology to Facebook. Unless of course you have this technology. I do not see any community interest in your project.
Something seems to me that Facebook has enough money to develop its own blockchain. Moreover, having such a staff of excellent programmers and such a sum of money you can create a competitor for any of the top 10 cryptocurrencies.
