Investors have been really careful to invest in an ICO project. The opportunity to invest in ICO is quite large, hopefully this year the ICO scam will decrease and Investors will no doubt invest in the ICO project.
I am yet to see any positive signals in the ICO industry, and there is nothing even to indicate that the decline has been stalled. Even in 2019, we had a few well publicized scam projects which stole the money from investors, and there were many projects which failed to achieve softcap. And the most worrying sign is the sharp decline in the investment volumes directed towards the ICOs.
