I'm getting ready to build my first open air rig, I've noticed one thing...none of these open air rigs appear to have a power button. How do you turn the unit on?

Easy, with a screwdriver.

Or, you can make your own if you really want. Since my machines have auto start scripts, I wanted reset buttons and status leds. I ordered everything from digi-key.



You can see the grey cable behind the angle aluminum, it runs under the board to the front panel header.

I even built a rpi and a set of reed relays. I will soon be able to remotely reboot any of my rigs Cool
