I sold some of my altcoin holdings when BTC was around $8200 and converted it to fiat a day before it went down. I bought the token during its dumping season at around 0.02USD and sold it when goes up goes up to $0.07 during the Bitcoin run. I can say indirectly that I did earn since my capital that time were around $500 and exit at around $1700.
Let's disscusion about our mentality in trading. It's really a problem for all the traders, especially the news one.
In my experience, it is best to watch the market we are interested to invest in. Know all the rumors and news about them, it is a great tool to take advantage and get profit of our holdings.
Did anyone ask your self why you always miss the train and then regret and decide to fomo?
FOMO is a bad thing, we must be emotionless when trading. Set goals and back up plans, never let greed take the best of you. Be informed and stay firm with your target goal and back up plans.
