I started-off with 25 per 30 days back in September 2018. That went on for some months until there was a Merit Source reallocation at the beginning of this year, moving up to a much more handsome figure (which Ive currently exhausted and Im now running through my personal earned sMerit backlog). hahahaha
Surely 25 source smerits per month is lower than my speculation of 50... So, yeah, case in point. Do you believe that there is (or was) any 15(s) out there?
Edit: Second time in a week, in this thread, that I have had to take everything back. A member has just sent me a direct message asserting a source of smerits that is 15 per month... There you have it....
