I am not able to see any USDT pair for Binance, earlier it was there i believe. Is there any changes being made or any idea of adding those pairs again.

- Kucoin exchange;
- Codex exchange;
- Ethfinex exchange;
- Braziliex exchange.
Updated trade pairs for all exchanges.
Don't forget reconfigure plugin in Database settings window!
