Well if you look at the price of litecoin right now, it's still stable at $91 per litecoin until now. When the halving close, i'm sure it will makes the litecoin price increase.
I hope when halving is happen in litecoin, bitcoin price will increase too.
that might happen, but all depends on the next market response to the process that occurs. if the market does not respond positively or is just silent about the update that is done, it will not be any price movement on the market.
