I have all apps disabled, so I can't see it myself, but I am guessing that you will need to go to app settings and find the tipping app, enable it, load it with a balance and then start tipping.
Since I have the app interface disabled, I can't do that, so I miss the fun but also a lot of frustration, risk and privacy concerns...
