I never received an email for the password change as it said I would, and I get the message 'Unable to login: Account locked. Please Check your Email for instructions to unlock.' but again I receive NO EMAILS. Yes, I checked my spam, bulk mail, and 'All mail' folders to no avail. I contacted you through the contact form on the website about 8 hours ago, but have no response. Please check the messages on the site and respond to mine and also look into the email situation...
