If you received your tokens from bounty or airdops than you will have to wait till listing to trade your tokens. If you earned Rewards Cash shopping you can move your tokens out of Rewards.com or you can redeem those tokens for .20 each and deposit in USD to your PayPal account. I hope that clears some things up.
So what happen's now on your exchange listing? May will be over in 1 week time and still no positive news about listing. Instead you keep posting the same message on telegram that you are already in the process of listing application.
