I think that a quality check of service providers will increase the trust of project creators to the platform. And I see that the Levolution team will be scrupulous about this issue.
As I understand it, service providers are interested in providing information about quality experience in the past to have more customers and ensure that the tasks are completed.
Not only quality check, Since scammers can easily make a quality ico project that intend to defraud its investors.. they should require much more deeper KYC procedure and strict due diligence for all Developers wanting to launch project on their platform.
I don't understand all the details of KYC, but I'm sure the developers understand the full responsibility for allowing service providers to access the platform.
