It's true that this sector created new jobs. For one, you forgot to mention kind of jobs on this forum is bounty and signature campaigns. Another thing is that there are also additional jobs that exist because of Blockchain, but are not directly related to it. For instance, every ICO needs a social networks' manager, communications manager, marketing assistant, perhaps a call-center operator, etc.. There are also more jobs for copywriters, rewriters, people who give presentations and similar. These are rather well-known jobs that existed before, but the demand has grown because of a lot of new projects out there, which, in turn, would not have existed without Blockchain.
