Yes, I had heard of Nova's offer also. The form was submitted last evening to Nova.

More exchanges is nice but Novaexchanges liquidity is not going to be a huge deal. 0.1 BTC volume over the last 24 hours split over 300 trading pairs.

They seem desperate to get back into the market - they made a massive mistake a couple of years ago and sold to a new owner who dropped all their customers then did nothing, if I remember correctly. Not sure who is owning it now - didn't realise the liquidity was that low
