We can't blame those people who think bitcoin as bad money because at first a lot of scammers used bitcoin to take money from them. Also, some governments do not recognize bitcoin because of some concerns about criminals hiding their money using cryptocurrency. Only through time will tell to what might happen to bitcoin recognition.
I also don't blame these people. It's just that they didn't open their minds to crypto currency yet. They can't see its potential and that there is a big chance that crypto will be the future of financial system. I understand that it's hard to believe in something new, especially with so many people badmouthing it: governments, media, economists, digital influencers. But sooner or later they will have to change their minds, as the benefits of crypto currency will become clearer for everyone.
