All depends on the purpose of your trade, if you want to invest for the long term with the highest target price ever achieved you may enter for now because prices are still below the highest price, but for the short term I think when the market is bearish it is a good time to buy at the lowest price. All decisions are in your hands 
I kind of agree with your idea guy. Obviously, bitcoin or crypto market as a whole gives us equal opportunities to enter the market with an aim earning income. Therefore, no one can urge anyone of us to follow their decision. Each person has his own rights to make up his mind; we better respect his/her decision. Because bitcoin is highly votatile, and actually no one can say for sure what bitcoin will be in future; it gets no sure that whether your decision or mine will help each of us gain income. Let take some research before making a decision, that's the best solution can help us get rid of disappointmend if we face ill luck with our decision.
