I know my statement may sound pretty hostile on this part of the board, though I'm not talking about the person who will buy a superbowl box or makes a friendly bet with someone over one big game. I think the degenerates are the people sitting around gambling on every game they can possibly gamble on.
I am not sure whether people will gamble on everything that is available without having a deeper understanding of the entire match and if someone does that, it is madness and nothing else, either they have a lot of money to gamble or they are trying their luck with the last penny they have to make a living, no one in the right sense will gamble off their hard earned money.
There are actually a lot of them and I have seen them. Yes they gamble on everything and they even borrow to play and this is because of the wrong mentality of trying their luck which we try to discourage. How do support a player to play with their last penny simply because they have to earn a living, is gambling supposed to be a place to earn a living?
Gambling is a game of entertainment and it has been so since ages. My father told me how he has been a gambler and even our forefathers did this, and they never planned becoming rich from gambling, all they did was to have fun, the little profit that comes occasionally is in form of reward.
