Once that 35.3% non circulating BETs are distributed, it means that the dividends are also going to decrease too right?
Based on my experience when I participated in the EOSBet bounty, after distribution, token holders got a lot of "instant" dividends. I guess this is because of the dividends for non-circulating tokens is recorded but locked until circulated. Therefore, the current dividend payout already takes into account non-circulating tokens.
