I think no one can currently tell who the real Satoshi Nakamoto is, although Craig Wright seems to have some level of proof to the U.S but that cannot guarranty that he is the real Nakamoto.
Yes I agree with your point! with the exception that there is no satisfying proof at all with regards to his blatant claim and even if he already filed his claim at the U.S. Copyright Office, it still don't guarantee his claims as the office don't investigate the veracity of such assertion which only adds to the complexity of this non-sense dilemma.
