Binance are good exchange as big market volume, Step by step Team have to send proposal before. We have to waiting and watch team to do work IDAX first. I don't know what next, I thing NUPay are good project succesfull around 1 and 2 compromised they have future.
I understand that Binance is too expensive, but you can try out IEO on BitMax, a good fast-growing exchange.
Just judging by the latest sales of various projects, now not everyone gets the necessary amount, even at Bittrex could not sell their tokens and the project had to burn them.
So don't you worry about the fact that the sale of tokens on such an exchange as IDAX can completely fail? I think you need to choose the exchange which have successfully spent all of their IEO.
