Trading in cryptocurrency is like a gambling that even how good you are but luck doesn’t comply with you then failure is what you will get,that’s realistic answer since all of us known this
People are willing to pay a 10% premium when the market is bullish but they are not really willing to take the 90% discount when the market is bearish. Warren Buffett says that be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy. This implies that you could make good money in trading if you invest when you have to spend very little for the coins you want to trade and only then there could be some good gains.
  There  is nothing to be worry about the market trend as we can get better result for having patience and change the market situation, if a person is sure about better result after long term holding and trading he will never think about selling or trading at panic, the best trading is long term trading with faith of making money as result of holding patiently and controlling your emotions.
