I see you don't have Accounting or Finance department?
I play stock and most companies with their finance department would go around and looking for big angel investor and institution to buy their shares. They making deal and lock the shares. I see Ark as company have 40 to 50 million shares available. I know the Ark company still have money in Bitcoin but the company need to unload some of these token shares.
ark.io/team .... Lars is the CFO and Gerard is accounting/compliance. We have had finance team members since day one of ARK. There are no shares of ARK. I don't know what you are talking about nor do I know where you pulled these numbers from, but they are not true. ARK is not a public company. There are shares in the ARK SCIC business structure but it is not public nor is it tied to ARK tokens or the ARK mainnet.
