The average of daily autobans are 110 and 198 cases per day for before and after the banwave periods, with the cutoff day is 11/5/2019 (the start day of after period). It means that the average of autobans per day of after period is 1.8-times (198/110 ~ 1.80) higher than the figure of before period.

In addition, if we counted only the last three days, from 21/5-23/5/2019, the average rate of Autobans per day is 405/3 ~ 135, that has dramatically fallen compared to the 10-day period from 11/5-20/5/2019, at 210 Autoban per day in average. The banwave has been likely cooled down a little bit last three days, compared to the rate of average autobans per day of the before period at 110.
