it is a quality project. NEO adopts the DBFT consensus mechanism. it will never fork. NEO is more friendly to smart contract developers and does not need to learn a new programming language. i recently purchased some NEOs. i believe it will break out again.

Which they are not going to sell those coins in the market and which they will use those token for a further level of developments. Recently they released new Roadmap for NEO 3.0 which i have a very strong feeling this time it will cross more than 200$ easily.
