why you say that it s the responsible of the provider of bet to not offers bet that don t exist if you go in reality in a match of soccer you can t come after the match and make a bet you silly you never saw a bookmaker say to you you can bet after the match maybe it s happen when the provider find a stupid boy like me for bet after the match on the team who lose if you lie to a stupid boy like me and say you can bet on this team and the match is already end YES YOU SCAMED THE STUPID BOY.
