Basically, you want the developer to work for free designing your website since the only compensation you are offering is through your company's tokens. That proposition will not fly here for a few different reasons.

1. No Escrow
2. No real form of compensation
3. OP has a newbie account.

These three factors alone will detract a lot of people from even taking a second look at your job offer.
