Telegram TOn ( Gram TOken) which raised huge amount in ICO as far i knew they raised 850 million in first round agian in second round also same even after this much fund raise . I don't see any progress . This kind of ICO's really ruining crypto funds . People are loosing belief on Crypto Currency .
Are you really sure it raised as much fund as that? There were some projects who lied about the amount raised mainly because they wanted to attract investors. Such projects at the end will not br able to meet up to expectation, which invariable means zero success.
Most of these so called projects end up as scam and abscond with investors' money.
