Yes, right, KYC is required in most cases if a player asks for a withdrawal. 
Is there any chance to play or withdraw fiat? Seems like any website that applied KYC is providing fiat deposit/withdrawal in order to prevent money laundering (always be the main reason for every KYC implementation).
