So, you sent them what they requested and they still did nothing? Or you didnt because you dont trust them with your data? If its the first, then it looks like it could be a scam. But unfortunately I dont know what we can do to help you. It could even be a excuse to get your coins in case you dont want to comply with their requests (which is pretty shady).
