Do you really think you'll get any 'good' translators if you pay the equivalent of $45 for the translation of a 50 page white paper?
Who calculated that, please? The audacity of that can hardly be surpassed.
Seriously, to get real translators to apply here, you need to multiply the rewards at least by a factor of 20.
Everything else is just a waste of time.
