ICO and IEO both are the initial step of a project .IEO is the update tricks to a project to pull the investor to their site .I think IEO is better than ICO. Nowadays investor are feeling safe to invest on IEO project here exchange act as a escrow .But it still we can see a lots of ICO project mostly are on the failure site.I didn't have much fund but what i have i wanna invest on IEO project.
