I opened the website, and it's in Vietnamese. I could not even find an English version. As others pointed out, it seems that this website is intended for the local audience, and in that case, you should share it in Local boards section. If it's intended for the Bitcointalk community, a longer description in the first post, as well as a full English version of the website, is a must.
