Well, I would participate. Since the IEO is new for now, I think it will be an exciting and nice idea to key into it now that all the projects using the IEO strategy look legit.
IEO is more attractive because it is legal and verified by the team of the exchange where it is launched, but legality is not a guarantee that the project will collect the necessary amount, be successful and bring profit to investors. Now almost all projects are moving from ICO to IEO and there are many weak projects among them, whose coins most likely will not bring profit, but everything depends on the specific project and you need to study the project, its not enough to choose a project just because it launches IEO.
