You can not know for sure if it will be profitable than ICO unless the tokens are finally trading, you can only expect it not to dump a lot like ICO does sometimes due those who get the token from Airdrops or Bounties and decides to sell them for pennies.

yes, all depends on how the result will be after trading because that will determine how the coin goes up or down.
but if the IEO is indeed a good coin, people will not sell it at a cheap price either because they actually want a big business.
bounty hunters sometimes sell at low prices because they realize that sometimes the project is difficult to develop so they decide to reduce losses if they sell fast.
