You cannot call that a success if the authorities will run after you, and you have a little space to move because you are facing charges, and you will use all the funds you've got from scamming people to clear your name, it's not really a success.
I have often seen things like this, and most of them have been promoted in various social media. this is like another crime. You can't say that a thief is successful with his wealth, because it makes others become disadvantaged. there are many ways to become rich in bitcoin, and I think cheating someone is not a success, and of course it will be a sin that will certainly be paid.
