Firstly, the Halving event will only have a small impact on the price, in the 3 weeks leading up to the event. So do not expect fireworks based on that event alone.
Secondly, The Facebook coin is direct competition for Bitcoin investments. Money that could have been invested in Bitcoin, will be going to investments in "GlobalCoin"
Thirdly, Craig Wright's copyright claim will get some media attention and confuse more of our potential investors.
