Recently several exchanges have announced launch pad, where ICO are sold and listed in those exchanges almost immediately at a high price.
This have attracted many investors.
Please while investing in the IEOs don't forget to investigate most of those exchanges because very soon scammers will soon take advantage of the IEO.
Quite true but the fact that a project runs an IEO on an exchange doesn't mean it will be successful. Other things like Tokenomics, minimum value product, marketing and publicity matter too. For example, and IEO in Latoken can hardly do better than an IEO at Binance. (no disrespect meant)
