^^ I was just thinking about this when I first saw this story actually.
How much would their referral receive just for this one single bet on its own in their affiliate commission?
Usually sites offer only a small amount of a percentage for all bets placed from a referral but still even if it is 0.1% of this bet that is still quite a bit for just directing them to the site.
But most of the time these huge whale players are just alts of another account which lost alot and dont use any referrals and just want to get to playing so to recover from their other account.
