It seems like all sales from xCrypt have been sold out in two sales phases in the IEO IDAX. It also sold out at the price of 0.000625 ETH (1 XCT = 1600 ETH), which during the two day IEO sale and ETH price at $250, makes the token price 0.15625 USD (56% higher).
This, in theory, means the bounty value just went up from $350K to $546K
