Not sure how a sign up promotion with rules clearly outlined on the promo page qualifies as a scam. It's always a good idea to read the rules of any bonus before use. It seems the player complaining not only likes to make up his own rules, but abuse CS agents enforcing them. Rules are there to protect the industry and to ensure fairness.
