If he used a referral link the user that gave out his link would receive
BTC0.1 but there's no way to know publicly if someone is referred or not.
If they received this amount in btc for just one single bet then this is a lot if they did infact use a referral link and not just their own. I am pretty sure the site would know if they did regardless. I doubt they would of wanted to jeopardize their winnings due to breaking the sites rules of referring ones self inorder to receive the commission of 0.2% as someone mentioned it is on this site.
