Well I don't understand what you are really trying to say and might not be able to help you, what do you mean by a bulletproof blockchain, is that that you are referring to a blockchain that can't be stopped or traced or you are referring to a blockchain that makes one impenetrable because that would be very weird, lol. Please it would be nice if you can break the English down a bit, so that I can understand what you are asking for.
