Keep supply as it is, just change the coin specs in the front page to account for the correct math. There's nothing wrong with the current block reward schedule.
I guess I disagree, I think we should stick to 337m coins total, this will extend the life of the coin for miners. I think eventually we will need to add a small subsidy beyond that, maybe 3.37 coins or something, just to keep the blockchain healthy after the 337m subsidy coins have been mined out.
