What I usually do it's find escrow or trusted vendors with good escrow service somewhere only, don't even waste your time contacting this guy. What he will tell you next is send money and block you, that's all.

Even sometimes with escrow better be-careful also, people can play games and said that they have sent the item with proves but in the end what they have sent it's just white paper with tracking number.
