I absolutely agree with you. A large part of the ICO or IEO is a fraud. In this respect I like the approach the Lukki exchange - these guys are studying in detail each project, which is placed in the section IEO. That is why they conduct so little IEO, but those who conduct - it is very strong projects that are worthy of attention
